Can you give the instruction for windows schedule atsk conf?

For the specific configuration of mail reminder, what should i put on the task configuration:

• Location? what path?

• Security option?

• actions?

The location/path would be wherever you've stored the batch file (from bullet one "Write a bat file such as these")
The security option would completely depend on your windows environment and is outside the scope of a RoR project.
Actions would be launch Start a program. And again, this would lead back to the batch script from bullet one.
