Hi Matschulla,

Unfortunately they isn't an installation pipeline, but I can guide you through the installation. At which step are you struggling ?

Best,
Josquin

There occurs always the problem Can´t locate Bio/Tool/GFF.pm (@ INC...).
I installed perl and bio-perl as well as the other dependencies. Do I miss anything?
Thank you for helping me.

Hi Josquin,
I didn´t manage to install your tool. I have still the problem I posted on the 16th of October. Could you please help me with the installation?
Thank you.

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply, it seems that the program can't find the path to the bio-perl library Bio/Tool/GFF.pm. I will suggest you to edit your .bashrc file and add the path to the directory where you store your lib.

Here is a small example: export PERL5LIB=$PERL5LIB:your_path

Good luck
Josquin
