Loading multiple plugins in parallel

For the moment EMU can only load one plugin at a time. A workaround is to launch EMU twice and switch plugin, but the configuration is then modified each time.

Ideas:

• comma separated plugin configuration names in the configuration
• configuration wizard with a drop down list to select among the current plugins
• configuration manager with an additional panel to edit which plugins are loaded
• Controller class with support for multiple plugins
