CLI --arg=value syntax seems to work inconsistently

In Mise v2025.1.6, passing --env=ci does not work, but --env ci (or MISE_ENV=ci) works. (And there's no failure/error message.)

On the other hand, it's clear that the = syntax is at least somewhat supported:
