Feature request: List only local tasks

I have a lot of tasks, and sometimes I just want to view tasks that are local to a project/directory.

So I propose a new option to mise tasks:

mise tasks --local

yeah I think this is a good idea I've also found a couple of situation where I want to do mise install --local too, though that one is a lot more difficult to support

For mise install --local, I think the localized installation is a good workaround?

mise generate bootstrap -l -w && ./bin/mise i

I think this will still install the global tools into the localized paths

The global config is ignored by default with -l:

I am using this feature a lot

That wont work for me, as I sometimes need my "global" tasks as well

yeah, this is just a workaround for local install. For local tasks, I think having a flag is better
