Allow a rule to have several outputs #9

It turns out some generators output both source and headers, for example Bison. The rule should looks like this:

const [bison_sources, bison_headers] = manifest.rule(
  getBisonCli(),
  [manifest.source("(src/**/*.bs)")],
  [`${BUILD_DIR}/($1).cpp`, `${BUILD_DIR}/($1).hpp`]
);
