uninstall process removes (deletes) a Dynamic Link Library file required by
other programs.

- Wing32.dll
Microsoft Oceans Removes:
- Otoon32.dll
- Wing32.dll
World of Flight removes:
- Otoon32.dll
- Wing32.dll
