SYMPTOMS
========
When you open an eBook that you purchased online in Microsoft Reader for the
Pocket PC, you may experience either of the following symptoms:
- You can view the title page, but all other pages are blank.
- You receive an invalid format error message when you attempt to read beyond
the first page.
You may also see an error message similar to the following:
The following error occured. 0x80004005 (-2147467259) OKAY - fatal error
occured.
CAUSE
=====
This issue occurs because Microsoft Reader for the Pocket PC does not support
the latest security technology for eBooks. The latest security innovations
prevent eBook piracy, and require server-based activation.
At this time, only Microsoft Reader version 1.5 for desktop and laptop computers
supports the latest security technology for eBooks.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this issue, obtain a software update for Microsoft Reader for the
Pocket PC when a software update becomes available from Microsoft.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Reader for the Pocket
