Creates a new archival object
Usage:
archival new [object] <child_path>
Interactive naming or name via --name / -n
--name / -n
Interactive prompt for field values
Scriptable solution too: --json / -j or stdin with json will automatically pull out the right fields and fill them in.

Either creates a new file with the data or creates a new child entry if child_path is provided
