Cycling through custom command suggestions

2 Ideas:

1. allow cycling from top to bottom and vice versa
2. allow switching from command line to suggestions box by pressing cursor keys (down for first, up for last)

There's some tension between these ideas since implementing both would mean you can go to the suggestions box by cursor key but not back. I'd be fine with that, though.
