The README.md explains the most fields but is somehow outdated.

Cc header is handled if the cc-handling checkbox is checked.

This needs some explanation. How is this handled? Are users in CC mentioned if this is checked? What is the standard behaviour?

Reopening a closed issue is handled if the reopen-closed-issues-by-email checkbox is checked.

I could not find any field named reopen-closed-issues-by-email.

In addition the following fields are nowhere explained. Even on the internet I can't find them:

  • helpdesk-send-to-owner-default
  • reopen-issues-with

Would be nice, to have some documentation on this settings.

Hello, in the reopen-issues-with field, you need to indicate the status of the issue to which it will go after the user responds to the request. (Closed task only)
helpdesk-send-to-owner-default , if "yes" is specified, when editing a task, the "Send an email to a support client" checkbox will be checked
