Hello, in the reopen-issues-with field, you need to indicate the status of the issue to which it will go after the user responds to the request. (Closed task only)
helpdesk-send-to-owner-default , if "yes" is specified, when editing a task, the "Send an email to a support client" checkbox will be checked
The README.md explains the most fields but is somehow outdated.
This needs some explanation. How is this handled? Are users in CC mentioned if this is checked? What is the standard behaviour?
I could not find any field named

.In addition the following fields are nowhere explained. Even on the internet I can't find them:

Would be nice, to have some documentation on this settings.
