- jgitver configuration
skipPomUpdate, will additionally allow to users to tell jgitver - not to try to add its own maven-flatten-plugin execution. this parameter is usefull when
- for example you have a parent pom defining maven-flatten-plugin
- if jgitver.flatten=true and skipPomUpdate=false, then jgitver will look your pom to find
- for an already defined maven-flatten-plugin execution, if one is found it stop there
- otherwise jgitver will add its own execution to publish the pom.xml
