ChangeLog:

• Fixes arbitary code execution vulnerablilty as described in https://huntr.dev/bounties/033d3423-eb05-4b53-a747-1bfcba873127/
• We've looked into the various stability issues users have reported and undergone an extensive code review.
  This is the first part of two releases aimed at dealing with these issues. These issues are mainly
  crashes happening on Windows when the app starts.
• Updates to electron 18.1.0
• Updates to draw.io core 18.0.0. All changes from 17.4.5 to 18.0.0, inclusive, are added in this build.
