这方面小白，心中有疑惑。免费的IP早就都被反爬屏了，就注册了付费的。发现墙内注册都需要实名，我不太理解实名的原因，法律？个人信息？有明白人解释一下吗？就这些IP商简陋的网站注册时我都害怕。
