重新执行一次 python 就好了。

恩，虽然不懂python，不过扫了下代码看到
url = 'http://ftp.apnic.net/apnic/stats/apnic/delegated-apnic-latest'
就猜到应该是用相同的代码重新抓取更新过的资源就行了。thx。
