Suggestion: A journal reader

Just a little request of a new feature, a journal reader.

EDOMH is becoming a huge multipurpose tool and it would be a nice addition of a utility which shows the journal content in updatable form.
Scrolling up will temporarily stop the update mode (like chat in Twitch), once you scroll back, the update mode is turning on.
The scroll itself is smooth (inertial) just to not the lose the track of the text.
On the side window there's a list of existing journals, to choose and read.
