Consider adding a .gh2jirarc configuration file #11

Instead or maybe in conjunction with environment variables, we could have a .gh2jirarc config file that lives in the user's $HOME directory. In that config file we would specify the following information:

  • github token
  • github org/project
  • jira token
  • jira project

Maybe other stuff
