Idea: Add an option so text exports replace diacritics by standard ASCII characters

When setting up OBS with a font which doesn’t support characters outside the ASCII range, this can lead to unexpected results:

As such, there should be an option to enable conversion of diacritics into standard ASCII characters when doing text exports for OBS
