Add a field for the platform the tournament is played on. Note that this field has an equivalent on StartGG.
A single tournament could take place on multiple platforms due to crossplay so we need to be able to add platform fields. It may be worth adding a list of default platforms as well for ease of use. Some identified platforms for the games present in the current asset repo (2023-10-09) include:
