Support for passing a player's assigned city from start.gg user data into the player object

For locals and contained regionals, the state from which a player is from is not very useful information as all players are usually from the same state. In these cases, the player's city is more relevant to show on the scoreboard. Since start.gg already supplies this information, we should probably pass this as a sort of invisible field in TSH's player data just so it could be pulled by scoreboard layouts. Obviously adding flags for every individual city would be a tremendous amount of work but it should be reasonable to let local TOs/stream producers add flags from their own state's cities.

Honnestly, considering the next update will include support for custom flags (at least for countries), maybe there is something which can be done here
