AllowTabNavigation property breaks css of table inline toolbar

Expected behavior: Clicking on Add Row or Add Column or any of the button in table toolbar popup, should open the popup right below these buttons.

Actual behavior:
Clicking on Add Row or Add Column or any of the button in table toolbar popup, opens the popup way below these buttons.(Only occurs when allowTabNavigation is true).
