Pinterest filters out MailChimp list signup pages as spam. To get around that, we could add a secret landing page that can be pinned that prompts people to sign up for the list.

This adds `page-full.php` which gives an option for full width
pages and adds styles to `_content-sidebar.scss` to limit the
width of `.site-main` to 48em so line lengths don't get too long.
