Hi. Awesome work this project is.

I am not getting passed the Uboot screen which ends up with vertical yellow lines allover the screen then powers off the board. What can I try?

Connect to the UART console and show the complete log output during boot.

I had bought the PL2303x UART cable which only produced gibberish for me. I wasn't sure what to expect as UART is a new learning curve for me. I have ordered a FT232RL one and hope to be back with a proper output log.

I could connect to the board using ssh. But just image on the HDMI for a short while.

Is it possible to get a text console on the video output?

Text console should be possible using serial monitoring. Cables based on FT232RL chip recommended.
