Problems on Windows 8

First of all, the antifier_package_x64.EXE download is refused by my security software...says it has a virus.
TROJ.Win32.TRX.XXPE518FF021

Downloading antifier.exe from build_x64 folder passed security.

After following windows instructions, running the software pulls up the UI, clicking locate HW, which shows
Headunit not detected
Fortius
Using Garmin dongle
Power factor 1

clicking locate HW again displays this error in the command window.

So, am I missing parts of the software because I couldn't download the package? Or is something else wrong.
