No momento em que é feito o evento de sugerir um link, assinar newslatter ou registrar um contato não enviar o e-mail de notificação neste momento, mas sim apenas registrar em uma tabela um pendência de envio de notificação.

O servidor deve verificar as pendência e enviar posteriormente o e-mail em background.
