Purchased premium on an old Mac, can't have access to it on my new Mac #28

Hello ashvin777!
I recently purchased a new Mac, and wanted to have the stick-ies app on it, since I am very happy and satisfied with it. But there is an issue, you see on my old Mac I have the premium, and it's there I purchased it. But I can't seem to access it on my new Mac. I have tried to do as the app suggests, but it requires me to pay anyway. Please help me with this problem!
I will email you pictures of purchases if needed and everything else

I have this same issue. I've purchased the premium version on one machine, but am unable to access premium on another (keeps asking me to buy it again).

You should try to click on Purchase again. That should not charge you as you have already paid before. Make sure to use the same apple id which you have used in older Mac. If you land on payment/bank screen, than you can let me know.

Let me know if this works. I will also check further with apple.

I did try clicking purchase again and it brought up the Apple Pay screen for $1.99.

I've requested a refund from Apple (unfortunately before I saw this reply). I do plan on buying this again once I know this issue has been resolved.

Same with me, I tried multiple times, with no luck sadly. I tried reinstalling, and checking my Apple ID. But nothing helped. Please help!

@ashvin777 I see you released version 4.2.2 with the ability to restore purchases. I've re-purchased the Pro version and can confirm this is working now on my other computer. Thank you for resolving this issue!

There is one small issue, that is the popup doesnt close after restore. Although it does restore but it doesnt give the feeling so fixed that in next version to close the popup after the restore.

I noticed this as well. Restarting the app resolved the issue.

Side question (I can start a new thread/topic if you want), are you planning on an Apple Silicon version?
