Add ability to manually test and upload timelapse files

This is a feature request to allow files to be manually uploaded, which would also allow me to test that the API token is correct without needing to wait for a print to be finished, then get a notification that it failed.

Also, since I have timelapses that failed to upload, I'd like to get them moved to dropbox.
