Conflict with 1.18 core Github package

After upgrading to Atom 1.18, I was having trouble getting the new Github functionality to work properly--specifically, the ability to single-click on unstaged files to see a diff. After experimenting with disabling and re-enabling packages, I found that the tab-smart-sort package is the culprit. After disabling tab-smart-sort and closing+reopening Atom, the Github functionality behaves as expected.

Same here. I filed an issue upstream, but it does look like the root cause is this package. atom/github#934
