NVIDIA GPU Operator Zarf Package

Create an air-gappable NVIDIA GPU Operator Zarf package for the RKE2 cluster bootstrap.

This should be an optional package, with UDS overrides or Zarf replacement for deploy-time configurable options like MIG and time-slicing, and create-time decisions like containerized driver packaging.
