Recently I ran across this error where Sydney (or Bing actually) won't let me send more messages along with a pop-up window stating that my requests have been throttled, even after starting a new chat the message would appear after sending a prompt. Here's a screen shot of the error:
This has happened to me in the past but just closing and opening again would solve the issue, nevertheless it doesn't work anymore.
Is there a way to fix this? The message is pretty obvious and would make sense Microsoft is limiting the message one can send between a certain amount of time; yet, it is frustrating to wait for a new chat.
