编译出的可执行程序执行时点击设置按键会闪退 #66

我使用git clone下拉最新版本的代码，安装了dotnet6.0.428，编译时出现错误(应该是版本不同导致的问题)，我修改了ConfigViewModel.cs和TrayMenu.cs的部分代码解决了该问题，编译完成后启动可执行程序，正常执行，但点击设置按键会闪退，感觉像是编译出的TMSpeech.GUI.dll出现了某些问题，初步怀疑是环境原因导致，不知道作者是否有参考建议，万分感谢！
