homebrew installs 5.4.5, but kube-proxy:5.4.5 doesn't seem to exist.

I did a homebrew upgrade yesterday which installed version 5.4.5 of k3d. When I try to k3d create cluster I get ERRO[0001] Failed Cluster Creation: error creating loadbalancer: runtime failed to create node 'k3d-mycluster-serverlb': failed to create container for node 'k3d-mycluster-serverlb': docker failed to pull image 'ghcr.io/k3d-io/k3d-proxy:5.4.5': docker failed to pull the image 'ghcr.io/k3d-io/k3d-proxy:5.4.5': Error response from daemon: manifest unknown. Upon further investigation, ghcr.io/k3d-io/k3d-proxy:5.4.5 indeed does not appear to be available. According to https://k3d.io/ v5.4.5 is the latest stable version. Do I need to change some configuration or is this a bug?

Unfortunately, brew is referencing a tag that was reverted due to issues in the release pipeline.
Please note that v5.4.5 was never released and we only had a tag, not a release for this version.

v5.4.6 is out and all the test-issues are fixed + we have some more informational output for the future: v5.4.6 (release)
