Once Appsody adopts the Open Liberty Operator (via issues 601 and 824) we should add a blog on how to exploit it.

This can be staged for Kabanero's 0.6.0 release, outlining the manual steps that Champ/Todd/Jane can take to use this new Operator.

The full adoption is scheduled for Kabanero's 0.7.0 release (via issue 426), at which point an update to the blog should be made.
