I will release this weekend a much simpler version, with no need of second device to run the pokemon-go-controller. Here's a preview:

It has more features:

  • jump to places (with algolia places search, ping @LukyVj)
  • switch between different speed presets
  • total distance counter
  • speed counter
  • include Pokémon spots from a collaborative map

(Just need to bundle everything into an app and write the README.md 👍 )
