No entries in Jiffy.log

Problem Description:
I embeded jiffy code in 2 files abc.html and xyz.jsp
I can see GET requests to rx in apache access_log while accessing any of
the files, abc.html or xyz.jsp, however, i am observing GET requests in
jiffy.log only when i access xyz.log. When i access abc.html, no request
come to jiffy.log

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Server version: Apache/2.2.8 (Unix)
Server built:   Jan 23 2009 18:24:27
OS : Solaris-8 on sparc

Please provide any additional information below.
abc.html is hosted on webserver, while xyz.jsp is hosted on another
machine, where weblogic is.
