Why is the order of entries in fairsync different from the source file?

What defines the Entry Order in Fairsync?

Problem

When I start an import of 200 entries, but I cant finish in one go (as for each entry I need 2 minutes), I have to restart the next time again with the complete list. (The Fairsync does not save the status of a file, if I close the browers or change the WLAN)

But I cant't just jump the first 10 entris, because with every restart the order is different...

This is because the list is not sorted. This also was no requirement so won't get fixed.
