this is linked to parent ticket 4.2:
Develop dashboard functionality.

Requirements
Identify layout customization requirements -> This speaks to the type of customization's (like what the user should be able to achieve)
you can place these here as a list then from it we will define the tasks in this ticket @mvmaltitz

Tasks

  • add default layouts (horizontal ,verical and nested)
  • make the panels drag-gable
  • persist the layout settings

Hi @mvmaltitz can you not mark this as completed , when i move tickets into needs review most of the time it means i completed the work and now the pr needs to be reviewed . when it is merged it is then tested on dev , then if everything is working as expected we mark it as completed and close it
