critical OCIO requirements

• DALRRD OCIO needs to supply credentials for their chosen SMTP service so the EMC can send emails for password resets, notifications etc.
• DALRRD OCIO needs to supply a dedicated or wildcard SSL certificate that the EMC platform can use
• DALRRD OCIO needs to provide storage locations that can be used for off-host and off-site backups
• We need subdomains for the pycsw service to be exposed that can be preferably like csw-catalogue-staging.sasdi.gov.za and csw-catalogue.sasdi.gov.za.
