[eclipse] path no more reachable, update to latest release: 2023-06 #77

The eclipse installation fails, because the path of the eclipse.tar file doesn't exist anymore: ECLIPSE_VER_DATE="2021-12"

Please update to the latest version (i.e. ECLIPSE_VER_DATE="2023-06")
