CF 7 Newsletter shows nothing after setting CC account info #68

Additionally, nothing shows up for Contact Form Newsletter when editing or creating forms in Contact Form 7 except the Constant Contact logo near the bottom of the page.
Version info:
Contact Form 7: 4.4.2
Contact Form 7 Newsletter: 2.2
Contact Form DB (deactivated): 2.10.11

Just found that CF 7 Newsletter, when activated, also breaks buttons above Form editor in Contact Form 7.

May be installation specific error. Works in a different WP install.
