not sending to hotmail/outlook/microsoft but fine on yahoo/gmail

FSC sends fine to yahoo and gmail but form data is not sent to @hotmail.com which is now outlook.com but the actual email id is the old @hotmail.com. i put 2 email ids in Email Bcc address (optional): because the 2 individuals who need to read the forms use yahoo and hotmail email and not the domain name which FSC form in installed on. there is no bounce back error email from microsoft. i have 10 sites and some send to both BBC ids and some do not send to the hotmail. (or i should say the hotmail id never receives the form message but the yahoo/gmail do 100% of the time. this started happening about 2 years ago and MS and my server company say they cannot help if there is no bounce back email. please see attached, i don't know if i need to blur out the emails, the Email To and Return Path Address and on the addon domain but different user id. i can show them if needed.
