Include a feedback component

Description

We started exploring ways to continuously gather user feedback for Kedro-Viz, starting with the new slicing feature (#2082 & #2085). Apart from gathering feedback for one specific feature, we also want to allow users to provide general feedback for Kedro-Viz (not feature-specific) via the UI. This allows users to provide real-time feedback without opening a github issue (we need to explore ways to automate organising and tracking feedback for us) and also more importantly, allows us to understand overall user satisfaction with Kedro-Viz.

Possible Implementation

A potential idea for exploration is to have a feedback button in the main global navigation of Kedro-Viz UI.
We need to also explore a way to gather + organise all the feedback provided, and to measure user satisfaction.
