This issue aims at implementing the client-side part of the SPV maintainer to submit deposit sweep proofs to the Bridge contract.

The SPV maintainer functionality should be a part of the Go maintainer module and be a one deployment unit with the difficulty maintainer, and the wallet maintainer.
