tBTC dApp redeem function - Interface freezes at step 5

Description:

Minor interface bug happens at the last step of Redeem function - when the process is over and I can see that I received testnet BTC to my wallet, interface freezes at step 5 without showing the "Complete" screen at step 6.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://dapp.test.tbtc.network/redeem'
2. Pass steps 1-4 successfully
3. dApp is getting stuck at step 5

Expected behavior:

Passing to the last step 6.

Environment details:

OS: macOS Mojave 10.14.6 (18G5033)
Web Browser: Google Chrome, 83.0.4103.106 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Wallet: Metamask (Chrome extension), Version 8.0.4

What does "freezes" mean? Also, can you share the URL of the dApp in this case?

@Shadowfiend "Freezes" in a sense that it's just getting stuck on this page. Normally I would expect see the last step, but it's just keeps loading step 5, while I already have my testsnet BTC on my wallet. If I will encounter this issue one more time, I will update you with URL. Thanks
