No hole on 4.1 design file

Gerbers in https://github.com/keirf/greaseweazle/wiki/Design-Files#v41 omit a hole in the floppy connector which makes it an issue for PCB manufacturers when doing pick&place (requires manual labor with extra charge to cut the pin). George R. Mezzomo should provide a hole for the missing pin even if there's no connection so manufacturing is straight forward
