The middle one might be part of the larger "-0" issue (some URLs exist both with and without a "-0" on the end of the URL, the only apparent difference being that the "-0" version has vertical space between paragraphs -- I've contacted the Miller Center to ask about this). The other two are HTTP 403 rather than 404, though, and that's odd. Note that for the april-27-1961 speech there's another speech on exactly the same day, so maybe there was some coding/labeling error?
