Apollo Boost is a required dependency

By providing the bindings for apollo-boost, we've made it a dependency for the whole project, which isn't actually ideal if you're using some other way to configure your client.

I think Apollo's 3.x update maybe standardizes things a little more, so we should look into that and see if there's a better way to handle this.
