Using the {{ season_by_year__episode_by_date_and_index }} syntax, the index starts at 99 and counts down. Where this has, for example, 3 videos in one day, Plex places them in the wrong order.
Index should start at 00 and go up to place items in correct order.

Looking into this, it seems like the behaviour works as expected when the source is indexed frequently, but it behaves as you said (incorrectly) when multiple items are added between indexing runs or when backfilling existing videos for a channel.
