Payment Method not Allowed

Hi! I found this bug, I guess that is a bug, but at list is an error.
Don't allow to do a payment, I'have already configured the payment methods...
In the code appears the dropdown as a "test1" and don't apear the corrects methos.

Picture1: Says: Parameter don't valid, payment_method, payment_method_title. Fix your error and try again.

Picutre 2: The dropdawn is empty... and the code where apears "test1" as a methods...
