You logged in as user alantop and then switched to the root. However, SFTP is still operating with alantop's permissions, so it cannot access the root's folders. You can try the latest 2.7.0 Prerelease 2 version. When a folder is inaccessible, it will default to the default folder instead of displaying an error dialog.
